Answers to the most frequently asked questions
We have all the necessary equipment and materials (crane, winching, etc.) to tow your vehicle
For towing road vehicles. There is established pricing and for long distances pricing per km plus a departure fee.
For the transport of goods, pricing is per hour (time calculated from the office and back to the office)
Our payment methods are: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Amex.
We offer the best possible response times depending on traffic.
For emergency service following an accident, we move the vehicle as quickly as possible and offer the best possible advice to the customer to reduce stress following an unconventional event.
We have been a member of the APDQ since 2004. Affiliated with: CAA, AXA, PDG, GSA, ALLSTATE, ASSISTEL.
We also worked in collaboration with the Memphrémagog Police Authority, Sureté du Québec and RCMP.
All our units are equipped with the GEOTAB system for the regulation of electronic logs and geolocation.
We are in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our offices and pound are open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday. Closed on weekends and public holidays.
We operate new, clean and professional towing vehicles and equipment.
We have 23 units: 2 service units, 2 4x4 wheel lift tow trucks, 12 6-wheel platform tow trucks, 2 10-wheel platform tow trucks (including 1 with a Hiab), 1 12-wheel platform tow truck, 1 heavy goods vehicle tow truck, 1 van tractor, 1 landoll trailer and 1 quick-swap.
Any request to tow a vehicle on private property without the owner's consent is illegal and creates a problem between the requester, the tow truck and the owner.
If the vehicle interferes with traffic, contact the police authority in your area.
